Burgers & Brewskies or B&B is a new burger joint in Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City that’s getting raves for their innovative burger combinations.
If you are looking for a quick burger fix with a good selection of draft beers, check out B&B.
Burgers & Brewkies replaces Dinelli’s beside Chef’s Lab.
The ground floor has a simple bar setup with a few tables. You can also dine al fresco outside the resto.
Most customers prefer to be in the airconditioned dining area on the second floor.
MENU: B&B Signature Burgers | Starter Line, Wing It, Happy Ending | Drink Up!
While waiting in line for the restroom, the energetic boys pose for a quick photo.
One of the interesting interior pieces is the chandelier of beer bottles.
HONEY GARLIC WINGS (P195). Wild Honey with garlic and a hint of soy sauce, with Sriracha hot sauce on the side.
The wings are just OK. They were dripping with honey garlic sauce. It’s a good thing I ordered Sriracha hot sauce on the side to make the taste more interesting.
S.P.F. (P65). Sweet Potato Fries with a Secret Spice Mix.
Their grilled corn called Cuban Missile was highly recommended, but we decided to order these spiced kamote fries instead. Better than your normal fries.
✮ KANDI (P265). Roasted Garlic Aioli, B&B Cheese Sauce, Onion Confit, and Spiced Candied Bacon.
All their burgers have a good 1/3 lb. size, cooked medium to keep them tender. If you like a sweet burger, order this with sweet onions and sweet fried bacon. I like that it’s very juicy and saucy.
The brioche bun is good, but because it’s too soft, it can’t hold the burger with all the juicy sauces together. It’s a bit messy to eat with your hands.
✮ CALL THE NURSE (P280). Spiced Mustard Aioli, B&B Cheese Sauce, Seared Mac & Cheese, and Honey Sriracha Bacon.
The Call the Nurse is not as bad as it sounds. The mac & cheese and ham-like bacon goes very well with the burger. The boys loved it too, so this was gone in just a few minutes. 🙂
A burger was mistakenly delivered to our table. The patty was topped with singkamas fries! What an awful-sounding combination. Glad we did not order this.
✮ Blue Moon (P150). North American Craft Beer.
Love the Blue Moon craft beer! It’s smooth and a great pair with the burger. 🙂
If you’re looking for a good place to hangout after office or just satisfy your burger cravings, I recommend B&B. I like their innovative burgers and good selection of craft beers. The chicken wings are just OK, but still a good alternative to their burgers. For side dishes, go for the S.P.F. or Cuban Missile.
Budget is P500/head for a good burger meal with beer.

P.S. What’s your latest burger discovery and favorite burger joint these days?
Shame! The Heisenberg with singkamas slaw is probably the best one there!
Wow, there’s already Blue Moon in Manila! (best to garnish this beer with a slice of orange) Time to go home! Thanks for the tip, Anton! Will definitely visit this place.
