Supreme Brazo was the consistently raved about dessert in Ultimate Taste Test 2.0. Think about it as a Brazo sandwich with the meringue as the buns and the different flavors as the palaman (spread inside the sandwich). The best flavors are the Walnut Wander and the Copaco-Mango. If you love Aurely’s Special Brazo in Pampanga, this is 2x better because of the double layer of meringue and the 13 flavors to choose from. Our foodie hearts now belong to Supreme Brazo.

Personally, I didn’t notice any difference. Most of the people in the Ultimate Taste Test liked it and it got a rating of 3.6 out of 5.0. It was a bit too sweet and the tasting portions were a bit too big for people to enjoy. The most important thing, my wife (who is a sans rival-monster) loves both the Sans Rival and Silvannas.

One of the things I learned from Master George Tapan is that you need to look at the works of great artists in order to train your eyes in photography. So together with Rache, we went to our first art show.
It was great to meet and have an inspiring chat with Scandinavian illustractor, Kustaa Saksi during his art show launch at the CCP Main Theater driveway. Manila is the final leg in his Asian tour after Singapore and Bangkok.
