The Canadian Ambassador himself opened the Canada Beef Chef’s Table in partnership with LTB Chefs Associations Philippines.

The chef’s table entitled “Beefing it up with Canadian Gastronomy: A Chef’s Table Event” was held last August 8, 2019 at the Boracay Function Room, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.

Chef Mathieu, the young Canadian Chef Champion promoting Canada Beef around the world, created the signature 5-course menu.

The Canadian grading system has marbling standards that ensure the highest grades are free from quality deficiencies such as dark cutters, yellow fat cover or poor muscle texture.

The Canadian Prime grading is a stricter standard than USDA Prime.
