We stayed in a spacious Deluxe Double Room that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids, with a garden view.
It has a clean hotel standard bathroom, with all the amenities that you need for business or leisure trip
A sampling of local snacks, courtesy of the hotel, for our midnight cravings.
For easy access to the pool and bar, book your room on the 3rd—same floor as the leisure facilities—and chill your way during the happy hour.
It also has easy access to a decent gym facility to enjoy from 6 am until 9 pm.
The two signature restaurants — Anibong and Balayong Restaurants had a grand launch last April 13, 2018.
Anibong All-Day Dining Restaurant

Anibong restaurant is named after a species of palm tree that is native to Palawan forests. When the orange-trunked plant is full-grown, it hovers majestically over the other plants.
We love the bacon and bangus lamayo (soaked in vinegar) for Breakfast.
The Ivy Wall Burger (₱550). 100% quarter pound beef patty topped with bacon cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, Dijon mustard, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce. Served with french fries and coleslaw.
The Western comfort food is quite good, especially when you just want to enjoy a good burger.
You can also enjoy local Palawan delights like Native Beef Shank Bulalo, Sinigang Tamarind Soup or Slow-Cooked Adobo.
It’s always a plus if the hotel serves a really good halo-halo to satisfy your Pinoy cravings. How much?
Balayong Grill & Bar
Balayong Grill and Bar is named after the festival that celebrates the Palawan Cherry. It serves meat and seafood dishes hot off the grill, with a more laid-back al fresco ambiance while you listen to a live band entertainment.
The dining experience at Anibong and Balayong is crafted by celebrity chef Sau Del Rosario.
Try the signature Baked Palawan Mussels topped with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Quite a size that you can find in Palawan.
Our favorite was Chef Sau’s Sisig Paella with soy sauce, vinegar, chili, egg and chicken liver.
Make sure to get the Crispy Pata with 3 kinds of achara and soy-vinegar dip to enjoy with friends over a bottle of beer.
Joyce Pring hosted the grand launch of Anibong and Balayong Restaurant and serenaded the guests.
Itchy Worms greeted the guests with such energy and beautiful OPM music.
Rico Blanco made a grand entrance to a roaring crowd.
The night ended with the crowd rocking to Rico’s iconic songs.
