ANGKOR WAT: Temple Run (Day Trip) Guide to Angkor Archeological Park!

by Sean Nolan

_NKN7494

Angkor Archeological Park is made up of an estimated 1,000 temples, shrines, and urban developments covering over 1000 square kilometers of lush Cambodian jungle and swamps – making Angkor the largest religious complex in the world.

Over 2 million tourist flock to Cambodia each year to see the ancient temples which were designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1992According to officials, it would take over 7 days to fully explore the entire Angkor area.

We only had a days time to visit the Temples, thankfully there are 2 Tourist routes to choose from when visiting Angkor; The Small Tour Circuit or The Grand Tour Circuit.

We opted for the (more popular) Small Circuit Tour, that takes you to 3 of the main temples and a few smaller complexes.
• Angkor Wat
• Angkor Thom
• Bayon
• Baphoun
• Phimenakas
• Preah Ngok Shrine
• Terrace Of The Leper King

The Small Tour Circuit can be accomplished in half a days time (6-8 hours) and is recommended for first timers and tourist on limited schedules

BAR PINTXOS BGC: Is this the Best Pintxos Tapas Bar in Manila? (Review)

Bar Pintxos BGC-12.jpg

Bar Pintxos, Alabang’s Secret Spanish Tapas & Pintxos Bar by Miguel Vecin and Tinchu Gonzalez, is now in BGC–completing the Pintxos Triangle in BGC with Vask and Tomatito Manila. Pintxos are small snack tapas with flavorful meats or seafood on top of bread, and are very popular, especially in the Basque region of Spain.

Bar Pintxos provides the closest Pintxos experience in Manila, just like how one would enjoy it in San Sebastian. Its location is still hidden, which adds to its appeal as a go-to Pintxos Tapas Bar in the metro.

We tried it for lunch and dinner during our holiday reunions with friends. Here are some tips and recommendations…

210° by Chef William Mahi: More than 180° Turn from Fine to Fun Dining?

210 degree by Chef William Mahi

210° is a “Fun Dining” French Bistro by Chef William Mahi. The name is taken from the perfect roasting temperature and also symbolizes his more than 180° turnaround from cooking Fine Dining food (in his last stint at Tasting Room, City of Dreams) to his very own Fun Dining concept.

We love the place because of its fine quality food, relaxed environment, and fun price! This is consistent with the theme of 2017the leveling up of quality and service in restaurants at the right and affordable price.

Expect the menu to change regularly, but don’t miss the chance to try the awesome 4-course Soft Opening Menu of Chef Mahi’s favorites…
