SIBUYAN, ROMBLON: Backpacking “The Galapagos of Asia”! (Itinerary)

Romblon: Sibuyan IslandBackpacking to Sibuyan, Romblon is one of the most long, challenging but rewarding adventures we’ve been to.

Sibuyan is famed as the “Galapagos of Asia“. The island’s origin has never been connected to any part of the Philippines archipelago, blessing it with a unique rich biodiverse ecosystem teeming with endemic flora and fauna.

Let’s explore Sibuyan’s natural playground as we swim in the cleanest river Catingas, basked on the white sands and turquoise waters of Cresta de Gallo Islet, hike the many waterfalls of Dagubdub, examine the rare pitcher plant and witness one of the most technical climbs in the Philippines Mt. Guiting Guiting.

Here’s our complete guide to exploring Sibuyan…

ANOTHER STORY by Ica Sebastian: Cafe Voila 2.0 (A Review) @VistaMalls

(As featured in 10 Most Awesome New Homegrown Restaurants That Matter in Manila 2016!)

Another Story-16.jpg

ANOTHER STORY is a casual fine dining restaurant in Evia Mall, Alabang that can be considered as the next evolution of Ica Manalo Sebastian's Cafe Voila in Crosswinds, Tagaytay. Here, Ica brings to life her passion for cooking high quality home-style comfort food, with each dish having their own story to tell.

The place has an eclectic and fun ambiance, serving the finest home-cooked meals you'll find in a mall setting. I heard good things about their food, but we had mixed feelings about them during our visit because of the pricing and service. It's still one of the happiest places to eat in and have a good time with the family.

Check out our Another Story experience…
