MILKBOX is a specialty coffee and dessert place by Nowie and Odette Potenciano of Mochiko fame. They offer innovative desserts like Waffle Sundae, Wonuts (a cross between Waffle x Donuts), and Cwazy Shakes. They are the first shop in Alabang to provide specialty coffee by Yardstick.

Milkbox is a cozy place located at the new wing of Alabang Town Center (in the former location of Mochiko), near Wee Nam Kee.
Milkbox Menu: Waffle Sundaes, Wonuts, Waffle Sandwiches | Specialty Coffee, Ice Cream and Cwazy Shakes
There are no savory items on the menu. They’re exclusively an after-lunch or after-dinner place.
★ Tres Leches Waffle Sundae (P245 – two scoops). Soaked in a yummy milk bath. Recommended ice cream: Cereal Milk, Malted Milk, and Cookie Dough.
The waffle is soaked in a milk bath like a typical tres leches sponge cake. It’s served a la mode with big scoops of ice cream from FIC. We ordered Malted Milk and Red Velvet for our ice cream.
You can pour in an additional milk bath of fresh and condensed milk and some salt to make it extra yummy.
Salted Caramel & Mango Wonuts (P230)
A wonut is fried waffles with a chewy donut texture, made into a sandwich with mango and salted caramel flavors.
★ Cereal Milk Cwazy Shake (P245)
A luscious milkshake with chocolate and homemade cereal crumbs topped with 3 scoops of cereal milk ice cream (exclusively made by FIC for Milkbox). Warning: it gets dangerously addicting after that first sip.
Congrats to Nowie, Odette, and Chef Natalia for another winning dessert place concept in ATC!
The desserts were wiped out by our 4 boys in just a few minutes.
Overall, the desserts are unapologetically sweet and heavy but really good. It’s a great place to enjoy your cheat day and make those calories count.
We loved the Tres Leches Waffle Sundae because of the texture of the waffle, with rich ice cream scoops made extra yummy by the milk bath. Order the Malted Milk or Cereal Milk for added creaminess and the Red Velvet for extra color and a different flavor profile.
The Wonut was an interesting idea, but I’m not a fan of anything fried. Milkshake lovers should order the Cwazy Shakes. We loved the presentation of the all the desserts and they are good to share with 2-3 people.
