You can order the Fried Chicken plate, which includes two substantial cuts of chicken with either waffle, corn & coleslaw, or dirty rice.

The “chemical” spice level is perfect if you’re a spicy food lover. You should go for the “safe” or “spicy” level otherwise.
We love their corn on the cob (P70) with Japanese kewpie mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and Togarashi umami spices.
The dirty rice (P80) is the bestseller–with bacon and a bit of chicken liver, topped with bonito flakes.
You can choose from different types of kimchi (P60) to balance the taste of the umami spices.
✮ Dirty Rice Plate (P300). Fried Rice with Bacon, Chicken Liver, Tamago, Bonito/Kimchi.
The fried chicken (P105 per piece) is juicy inside, crispy outside, and with lots of umami spices.
Waffle Plate (P280). 2 pcs. sweet potato waffles with miso butter and maple syrup.
The waffles are thin and look like red velvet pancakes. Best to stick with the dirty rice combination.
Overall, one of the winning food concepts at Hole in the Wall.
I recommend the spicy/chemical fried chicken with dirty rice and corn on a stick. Budget about P350 for 2-pc. chicken with 2 side dishes.
