Shopaholic Weekend Promo Complete Terms and Conditions

1. Promo period is on November 29, 30.
2. Every PhP 10,000 spent on each of the following dates: Nov 29, 30 in single or accumulated receipts from Century City Mall establishments entitles 2,000 people PhP 2,000 worth of gift vouchers.
3. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at Century City Mall concierge desk located at the ground floor level during the promo period.
4. The customer must present valid store receipts dated only during the promo period, November 29 & 30.
5. Redemption period of gift vouchers will be from November 29-February 16, 2015
6. The amount stated in the receipts must accumulate to a total of PhP 10,000, no less, to be considered for voucher redemption.
7. Concierge personnel shall record Mall guest details (i.e. name, address, company, & email). Mall guest shall be requested to sign upon issuance of Shopaholic Weekend Voucher for validation purposes.
8. Maximum of 5 redemptions for a single person only. Redemption of an amount of PhP 2,000 worth of gift voucher is equivalent to 1 redemption, thus a single person can only redeem vouchers at the total amount of PhP 10,000 worth of gift voucher for the entire promo period.
9. Gift vouchers shall be given to the customer in denominations of PhP 100. The gift vouchers shall also be divided into:
