SENTOSA SINGAPORE: 2014 Guide to an Awesome Sentosa Experience with DAY FUN PASS!

Sentosa Island Map
(download Sentosa FUN Pass Brochure)

The first time I was planning my Sentosa Trip with the boys in 2013, I had a hard time because I was not familiar with the attractions and their proximity to one another.

Sentosa is huge and it could be daunting just looking at the map, planning your itinerary and budgeting the trip for the family.

I was planning to buy the Sentosa Day FUN Pass with a promise of getting access to 20 attractions with a caveat that you have to finish all of them in one day. I wonder if it was even feasible to hop from one attraction to another and enjoy it instead of just ticking them off a list.

After several visits to Sentosa, I would like to share with you how to maximize the BEST of Sentosa attractions with an effective 1-day itinerary at the most efficient cost.

Here’s the 2014 Planning Guide to have the most awesome experience at Sentosa using the Sentosa Day FUN Pass:

Dinner at Tiffany’s is a refined Lechon degustacion experience, inspired by Dedet’s travel to New York and the classic that is “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. The dinner is balanced, with each course building up on the previous one, and preparing your appetite for the Lechon finale.

MANILA’S BEST RESTAURANTS 2014: And the Best Restaurants in Manila are…

MBKRS 2014 Winners-15.jpg
Chef Bruce Ricketts of Sensei Sushi & Mecha Uma won Manila’s Best Emerging Talent!

I’m happy that my favorites–Chef Robby Goco, Chef Bruce RickettsChef Antonio EscalanteCafé JuanitaGino’s Pizza, and Blackbird–all won in the 2014 Manila’s Best Restaurant Awards!

On the down side, some were disappointed at the block voting for an entire restaurant group. Also, since the judges could just vote for the restaurants they have tried, only the old restaurant favorites won the awards.

Nevertheless, the awards are very meaningful since they are voted by peers in the industry.

Congratulations to all the winners in the Manila’s Best 2014 Awards!

And the BEST Restaurants (✓) in Manila in 2014 are… (My votes marked with ✮)
