The Mercato Food Market Entrepreneur Weekend will be a series of talks and interactive forums for budding food entrepreneurs to prepare them for the world of food market entrepreneurship. The topics will include ‘A Taste of Success (Talent, Action, Setup, Technology, Execution)’ by sought after entrepreneurial speaker Dean Pax Lapid, ‘Multi-media and Onsite Marketing’ by Mercato co-founder and marketing practitioner RJ Ledesma, and success stories from Mercato Centrale top food entrepreneurs!
Attendees of the Food Market Entrepreneur Weekend will get a chance to put up a free food booth in one of the Mercato Centrale markets for a trial weekend! Mercato markets include Midnight Mercato in Bonifacio Global City, Cucina Andare in Glorietta Park, Mezza Norte in Trinoma Mindanao Parking Lot, Levante in Eastwood Citywalk 2, Fiesta Bahia in SM Mall of Asia By the Bay, Cocina Centrale in Marquee Mall, Pampanga and Porto Cena in Harbor Point Mall, Subic.
The event is open to all first-time food entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial/culinary/hotel and restaurant management students.
Slots for the startup talk are limited. The first fifty (50) registrants are free!
