Pure Flavor’s Artisan Sorbet is Hizon’s Catering’s latest innovation, introducing a higher quality of sorbet that can rival ice creams and gelato.
It is as creamy as ice cream without the milk, and you can really taste the full flavor of the ingredient. The texture is smooth because of a special process and not as icy like most sorbets.
I personally like the Valrhona Chocolate Sorbet, which can be mistaken for a yummy Chocolate Ice Cream. A lot of the foodies like the Pistachio Sorbet because they can really taste the Pistachio flavor.

A spoon is all you need!
We’ve always loved ice cream. So when we decided to make our own, it was made the way we always wanted it to be. It is made from the best and freshest ingredients available, all natural without any stabilizers and emulsifiers. Packed with flavor, creamy and dense yet light on the [palate]. We know it’s a long story and lots of descriptions but we promise you’ll get it once you try a spoon.
WHAT FOODIES SAY ABOUT YOUR FOOD:

- macadamia is my favorite
- not so new, pistachio the best among 4
- the avocado sorbet is superb!
- super good I love the texture of the sorbet
- they were good except for the pistachio w/c had a weird aftertaste
