SODERNO, the Mercato Centrale of Alabang, Re-Opens August 31!
August 29, 2012
For food lovers based in the South, we’ve got great news for you! Soderno returns just in time for the Holiday season!
From the same organizers that brought to you the highly successful Mercato Centrale at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the Soderno Night Food Market in Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang (corner of Commerce and Madrigal Avenues, in front of Alabang Town Center) serves the vibrant night food community of the South every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 12mn.
Soderno Night Food Market brings together food and dessert finds from all over the South like:
Tong Baracas barbeque,
Piper’s Pan pastries and more,
… along with the favorite food and dessert stalls from Mercato like:
Big Bob’s fresh char-grilled burgers with mozzarella,
Juana Bowl’s juicy rib-eye steaks,
Manila Q’s ‘Bagwang’,
Pinoy street food,
Med Chef’s revel bars and pastries,
Mio Gelati home-made Italian ice cream, and
Serendipitea Milk Teas.
Soderno marketgoers can also take in the great food and lively company while enjoying the free wi-fi, live sounds and air-conditioned tent.
“After a short break, we’re very happy to re-open the Soderno night food market this September!” shared Anton Diaz, co-organizer of Soderno and the man behind the popular food and travel blog www.ourawesomeplanet.com. “Last July, we successfully held the Ultimate Taste Test – a food event where our marketgoers had a chance to be food critics for a night. The event was very well-received and it looks like the South-based foodies are raring for more unique food and dessert offerings!”
“To make the Soderno market experience even more enjoyable, we have weekly themed bazaars in the market for the Holiday season!” shared RJ Ledesma, another co-organizer of Soderno. “We have chosen reputable bazaar organizers who are known for their great selection of bags, shoes, apparel, menswear, beauty products, novelty items and more!”
“Soderno is also now open for school and private fund-raising activities, corporate launches and even wedding receptions!” added RJ. “In fact, we have several wedding receptions and private birthday parties booked in Soderno for the year!”
(TIP: You can enter Soderno from Madrigal Avenue or the Commerce Avenue Gates of Molito Lifestyle Center. Parking at Molito has a P20 flat rate fee.)
Soderno @ Molito opens this weekend starting August 31, Friday and every weekend thereafter! See you there! 🙂
