MIDNIGHT MERCATO FOOD MARKET COMES TO LATE NIGHT WEDNESDAYS
Are you looking for a place to indulge your late night food cravings on a Wednesday night? Or you can’t wait until the weekend to visit your favorite late night food markets?
Then Midnight Mercato, Metro Manila’s premiere late night weekend food market, will be open on Wednesday nights starting February 29 to answer your foodie call!
Indulge in the Midnight Mercato experience and enjoy an extensive selection of foodie favorites – steamed cheeseburgers, crunchy pork belly, wagyu steak on a sticks, deep dish pizzas, authentic Vigan empanadas, ice-cream filled mochi balls, specialty milk teas, dark lager beer cheesecakes – straight from the kitchens of home-based and specialty chefs, while enjoying live acoustic performances and free wi-fi.

Chef Dino Ferrari Live in Mercato Centrale this Saturday!
On Saturday (February 25), certified foodies will get to savor the cooking of Swiss-Pinoy Chef Dino Ferrari, the first-ever winner of the popular Asian Food Channel (AFC) original production, the E&O Search for AFC’s Next Celebrity Chef!
Dino will be preparing original and innovative dishes from scratch using freshly harvested vegetables, herbs and spices and other ingredients from the Organic Producers Trade Association (OPTA) section of the market along with genuine free-range chicken from Pamora Farms. The cooking demonstration will start promptly 11:00am.
Chef Dino was recently crowned as AFC’s Next Celebrity Chef in front of 45 million AFC viewers and signed to an exclusive one-year contract with the Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O) group taking on the mantle of Creative Chef, E&O Hospitality and Lifestyle Division. He is flying back home to Manila for the organic cooking demonstration at Mercato Centrale, which was recently voted the number one organic market in the AsiaTatlerDining.com online poll in December 2011.
Doggie Love is BACK!
On Sunday (February 26), the much-loved series of Doggie Love events returns to Mercato Centrale featuring a free dog training and dog ownership responsibility session with dog coach Francis Cleofas of Francis Cleofas dog training solutions.
Francis is one of the few applied dog behavior consultants and trainers in the country who has worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. He believes in the use of positive reinforcement and reward-based training in modifying dog behavior. Registration for the free seminar starts at 7:00am.

Midnight Mercato is open from 10:00pm to 3:00am every Wednesday (starting February 29), Friday, and Saturday.
