Le Royale Cake (P1,400) from Diamond Hotel’s Indulgence / Cake Club

We celebrated Rache’s sister’s birthday last weekend. This was the perfect time to bring our favorite cake from Cake Club of Diamond Hotel.


Le Royale is a hybrid of chocolate mousse and Ferrero Rocher. The mousse on top tastes like compressed chocolate powder with the right moisture. At the bottom, there is a thick layer of crunch on top of the chocolate chiffon cake to complete the Ferrero Rocher-like experience.  
It was a bit harder to slice because of the thick layers of crunch and nuts. One slice of this cake is already enough to satisfy your sweet craving.

Aidan and his cousin, Carlos, can’t wait to get their hands on the chocolate cake.
