You can request for airport transfers with their own multi-cab.

Currently, this is the main dining and lounge area on the first floor. The second floor is where Fred and Joan stay.

WiFi is quite fast with even better speeds than some of the best resorts in Panglao.

We like their welcome house-brewed ice tea with ginger.

Food is home cooked Filipino, Boholano, or Belgian-inspired. Check out the menu and typical prices here.

The place is named after their dog "Fox" and the occasional lone firefly that wanders around at night.

This is my favorite spot where I just like to hang out and swing.

The milkshakes are addicting! We like the mango-banana, coconut-matcha green tea, and mango (for the kids).

We stayed at this private cottage.

We had to ask for an extra bed for the boys and another electric fan. You just have to put on mosquito repellant at night.

There are two more cottages--a private cottage and the dormitory type.

The cottage dormitory (can fit up to 6 persons) at Php 450/person.  The WiFi is pretty good it can even reach our rooms.

The resort is committed to eco-tourism, so the communal toilet and shower areas are designed to minimize environmental degradation.

The walls are closed, but you still get an outdoor feel while doing your business. ;) I love that it's quite spacious and equipped with a bidet.

The boy's favorite past time is to jump into the Loboc River. They have life vests for the kids and an inflatable SUP board for them to play with.

Breakfast is a combination of Filipino and Western breakfast.

You must try the Chichaworms, which are crunchy and not as bad as they look. The boys loved it!

You can also request for the fresh wood worms called Tamilok and have it served kinilaw style.

Don't forget to ask for this Mango dessert.

For pasalubong (souvenir), buy and support Lumago Design's upcycled jewelry made by a group of ladies surrounding the dumpsite in Dumaguete.

Verdict:

What we like:
- Fast Internet
- Good Home-cooked Food
- You can literally jump into the Loboc River
- Awesome Hospitality from the owners + staff
- The best home base for Stand Up Paddle Tours in Loboc

What we don't like:
- A lot of mosquitoes at night
- The cement stairs are dangerous for the kids.
