The Blue Leaf launches its annual food festival with a delectable menu of delectable surprises.
For four years, The Big Banquet has transformed The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion into an expansive venue filled with delightful treats for foodies. This year, the tradition continues with The Big Banquet 4 on April 17, Sunday.

Guests attending can casually stroll through the Jade and Banyan pavilions, having a taste of appetizers, main and signature dishes, desserts, and cocktail drinks.
With spacious halls, ample seating, and enough treats for 500 guests during both lunch (11AM to 2PM ) and dinner (6PM to 9PM), The Big Banquet brings a veritable food fiesta to The Blue Leaf.
With caterers and their menus up for awards for all their dishes, drinks, setup, service, and best overall caterer, guests are sure to get the best these popular names have to offer.
Awards are the following:
- Best Appetizer
- Best MainDish
- Best Dessert
- Best Signature cocktail drink
- Best Signature Dish
- Best Setup
- Best Service
- Best Over All caterer = Caterer with the total number of accumulated votes for all categories.
Everyone who comes in to participate is given a ballot to vote for several categories, all of which are awarded at 9PM that evening.
