Bacon lovers got a taste of heaven with Poco Deli’s signature Bacon Slab. Smoked bacon for around six hours and so. You wouldn’t even mind eating the fatty portions.

About Poco Deli

UTT 2015 
It all started as a hobby. Sonny and Joy, lived and traveled abroad for work. The incessant search for the best artisanal sausages resulted in much frustration. Most of the sausages are made in factories and sold in the supermarkets. The small neighborhood delicatessens in Europe thrived in their local communities, hidden, searchable only via word of mouth.

The “Aha” moment, if we can’t find them, let’s make them! The hobby of selling Wagyu and Alberta Beef evolved into hand crafting the very same steaks into Italian sausages. The start-up tools of the trade, a Kitchenaid grinder, a wood fired Weber grill, and a craving for the ultimate hand crafted sausage. When friends and family wanted their regular supply of steaks, sausages, and cakes, Joy went to culinary school. She learned the science and discipline of running a real kitchen and a delicatessen. The couple eventually decided to open a little neighborhood delicatessen- POCO Deli.

Why POCO Deli? An Italian supplier suggested, “if you are a little deli, you’re a poco deli.” Yes, that’s what we are, “poco”, a little neighborhood deli!
