"Poulet" means chicken in French and "Manille" is the French term for the City of Manila.
They offer a healthier alternative to fast food chicken options, using free-range chickens that are grown naturally for 75 days by Pamora Farms. The chicken is roasted on a skewer in a traditional French rotisserie oven.
