The Philippines continue to be considered as the Social Media Capital of the World within 43 Million Internet users representing 40% Internet penetration over a population of 100 Million People. Filipinos use social media to stay in touch with friends and family, to meet new people, to share new experiences to friend and followers and to have fun!

In 2014, Time Magazine recognized the Philippines as the Top Selfiest City in the world with 258 selfie-takers per 100,000 people beating Manhattan, New York. With 2015 being Visit the Philippines Year, and with global economies looking at the country as an emerging economic tiger, all this interest in the country brings with it a rise in internet and social media commercial activity.

Although, we have a lot of internet consumers, the penetration of businesses using blogging, social Media and internet marketing is still less than 10%. Businesses are still struggling to learn how to leverage the online platform and create a digital transformation of their business.
