Bakery Fair Philippines is the most anticipated event among the people in the baking and food service industry. From the successful bakery entrepreneurs to small home based bakery owners, from international and local baking related professionals to traders, from students/faculties to bread enthusiasts in different regions of the country, all gathered together to experience this exquisite occasion and for the passion of baking.
Held every biennial in World Trade Center Manila, with more than 13,000 visitors and hundreds of exhibitor certainly the Bakery Fair event is the no. 1 main source of baking supplies and solutions here in the Philippines.
In year 2001, Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association organized the first Bakery Fair with the participation of Bakery and Allied Members along with other baking and food players. All joined hand in hand with one mission and that is to uplift the Philippine Baking Industry.
As of this date, Bakery Fair Philippines has indeed gone a long way by bringing all together the baking pillars, amateurs, key decision makers and visitors in one remarkable event. Giving a quality exhibit that provides traders an endless possibilities and opportunities to reach their target market; and offer visitors a great learning experience and solution for their business needs.
This coming 2015, as we present the 8th International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery, Foodservice Equipment and Supplies tradeshow, Bakery Fair 2015 offers an outstanding line up of exhibitors featuring their finest baked/food products and services that will be available in the market soon.
Bakery Fair 2015 will surely bring a lot of excitement, innovative ideas and creative techniques for each and everyone with baking seminars, product demonstrations, cake displays and competitions from world-class bakers and different companies.
The competition features two main categories, namely the Angel Yeast Steamed Bun Competition and the Puratos Bake-Off.
The deadline for registration for the Bakers Cup is at 2 pm of January 15, Thursday to reserve your slot in the competition.
An orientation for the participants will happen on the 17th of January at 3:30 pm. Eliminations for the S500 Bread Baking Battle will be on January 20 from 9 am to 4 pm while the Carat Chocolate Showpiece Challenge will happen on the 21st at 8 am to 4 pm.
The Angel Yeast Steamed Bun eliminations will be held on the 22nd at 7 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm, while the Carat Chocolate Decoration Challenge will be on the 23rd at 1 pm to 4 pm. All elimination rounds will happen at the January 19-22 at the FCBAI Baking Center, 1967 Rizal Avenue, Santa Cruz, Manila.
Finals for all categories will happen from January 30 to February 1 at the Bakery Fair trade show.
