BLÉ is an authentic, Home-style Greek Food bistro & deli by Yiannis Trifyllis located along Aguirre Ave. in BF, Parañaque. The name stands for “Blue” in Greek.

I’ve been craving for Greek and Mediterranean flavors recently, so we decided to give Blé a try. Here’s our experience…

Blé is a hole-in-the-wall Greek resto located along Aguirre Ave. near Larcy’s Cupcakery.

The entire resto can accommodate 8-10 people only.

Ble Menu: Appetizers, Souvlaki, Main Courses | Drinks, Desserts

The menu is focused on Authentic Greek Food at reasonable prices.

Yiannis himself personally prepares and marinates the meat.

DIP PLATTER (P300). Hummus, babaganush, tzatziki and olives served with large pitta.

I like the tzatziki, which was clean tasting and refreshing to eat with the meats. The hummus was also good, garlicky, and with big bits of chickpeas. The pita is good while hot.

BLE Real Greek Food-5.jpg
Tzatziki is basically yogurt with cucumber, garlic, bit of lemon, olive, and chopped dill.

BLE Real Greek Food-6.jpg
Hummus is made up of grounded chickpeas with tahini, garlic, salt, lemon, and parsley.

One of the popular items on the menu is the Souvlaki, which is grilled meat with Greek spices, served with potato fries and wrapped in a pita.

✮ Zeus’ Souvlaki (P250). Souvlaki wrap with both chicken and kebab skewers.

I like this combination of chicken and beef flavors in a pita wrap. You can order it to go, and one order is already filling.

BLE Real Greek Food-14.jpg
Yiannis is very friendly and serves the mixed grill himself.

BLE Real Greek Food-17.jpg
✮ Mixed Grill Platter (Good for 2 – P500). Wagyu beef cubes, kebab, and chicken breast skewers with pita and fries.

The kebab and beef cubes were marinated well, with good clean flavors and Greek spices. It’s good with the tzatziki, salad, and best eaten with the rice.

BLE Real Greek Food-21.jpg
LAMB CHOPS (P500). Marinated lamb chops served with pilaf or French fries.

The lamb was a disappointment. It was rubbery, tough, and not cooked well. Don’t order this.

BLE Real Greek Food-24.jpg
Greek Mango Yogurt Shake (P150)

The Mango flavor was not too overpowering and the yogurt was so smooth, it provided a good ending to the meal.

BLE Real Greek Food-25.jpg
Baklava (P150).

I like that it’s not too sweet, and you can enjoy the taste and texture of the nuts.

BLE Real Greek Food-27.jpg

Overall, I like the refreshing, clean-tasting Greek food with authentic spices and flavors. Order the Mixed Grill Platter or the Souvlakis wrapped in a pita. Go for the Greek Yogurt drink for dessert. Budget about P400/head.

The P500 Lamb Chops were really lousy. I do hope they get a good lamb supplier soon.

The ambiance is homey and the people are very friendly. But I wish they had more Greek items on the menu. If you’re craving for authentic Greek food, check out Blé.

Check out their recently opened BLE+ Plus along El Grande.
