The sala is spacious with TV and a old school sofa.

A Manor Christmas - Our Awesome Planet-4.jpg
It has its own dry kitchen with a mini ref, microwave, and wooden furnitures.

A Manor Christmas - Our Awesome Planet-1.jpg
The room is equipped with a King Bed and opens to an outdoor patio.

(Note: There’s no airconditioning in all the rooms, only electric fans)

It has a great view of the towering pine trees and the central garden.

The restroom is also old school and a bit narrow…

TWIST by Chef Billy King

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-29.jpg
If you are looking for another place to eat but don’t want to leave the hotel, you can take a walk through the back route to the Forest Lodge beside the Manor.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-13.jpg
It also has a nice lobby with a fire place and art all around.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-11.jpg
TWIST MENU: Food Menu (10.00am – 11.00pm) | Drinks Menu (6.00am – 11.00pm)

Twist is an Asian Restaurant by Chef Billy King. It would be best to manage your expectations if you decide to dine here.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-10.jpg
There are regular exhibits here which provide an artistic highlight to the otherwise plain ambiance.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-21.jpg
They have an open kitchen where you can see the dishes prepared from scratch.

Although there’s a chance you’ll smell like your food after eating since the exhaust is not strong enough.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-16.jpg
Crab & Corn Egg Drop Soup (P140 +10% service charge).

A good hot soup to start your meal.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-17.jpg
Beef Chap Chae (P220 +10% service charge).

A good choice if you are craving for something Korean.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-18.jpg
Asian Fried Rice with Chicken and Vegetables “Mongolian Style” (P240 +10% service charge).

This lacked a bit of flavor. I wish I could have just customized my own with more teriyaki and spicy sauces.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-19.jpg
Glazed Honey Crispy Pork Belly (P240 +10% service charge) with steamed rice.

Recommended if you are looking for something sweet and porky.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-22.jpg
Grilled Salmon Fillet (P280 +10% service charge) with tomato mango salsa and vegetable fried rice.

The salmon was a bit dry but tasted good combined with the mango salsa and vegetable fried rice.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-25.jpg
Before you leave, make sure to get a souvenir family shot by the fireplace.

MANOR Twist - Our Awesome Planet-4.jpg
Twist is a good alternative if you’re looking for a place to eat without leaving the hotel premises.

  1. Thumbs down to Manor. Charging entrance fees to outsiders per head even if it’s a baby. It should have been conditionally waived if the party will spend there while enjoying the garden. So sad.
