The Story of YUAN’s Original Chicken Wings!

Jeremy is constantly fascinated by both flavors and the art of making great food. It is with this innate character that he cooks for his family and friends. He also took cooking lessons at CACS on some weekends and eventually created Yuan’s Wings original sauce. His day job as a computer professional has brought him to North America. It was in the US that the humble of beginnings of his one of a kind chicken wings came to be. He was inspired by the variety of flavors and ways of preparation that he tried from countless joints and restos. It was the ever popular party food, bar chow, pulutan, or even baon among his friends and colleagues. In Manila, he sought out the same experience and most of the popular ones as he would say to himself is, “Soy garlic again?”.

It was this void in the market that Jeremy took it upon himself; a challenge, to present the public with a new variation. Many batches, taste tests, and feedbacks later, Jeremy found the perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess, and spicy goodness. With Yuan’s Wings, Jeremy offers his customers a fried chicken with flavors that delight at a refreshingly affordable price. From a home business that catered to food deliveries, this business is eager to spread its wings with the birth of its first restaurant.
