WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND YOUR FOOD?
We have dreamt of having our own restaurant, but financial restraints keep that dream distant, at least for now. Hence, the idea of potentially setting up shop in a market came up and from there came Bistrology.
Our philosophy in Bistrology is to serve simple, hearty comfort food to our customers. We think that risotto, with its creamy and cheesy goodness, gives out a sense of warmth to whoever eats it. Experimentation in the kitchen led us to making arancini or risotto balls. Usually made from leftover risotto, arancini is filled with cheese and other ingredients and is then breaded and deep-fried for a crispy exterior. We fell in love with these little balls of goodness that we dubbed our first endeavor as the “Rice Ball Project”.
We strive to deliver the best quality rice balls, freshly making them with quality ingredients. We are constantly experimenting inside the kitchen to try and come up with different and exciting variants of arancini for our customers to enjoy.
