An Invitation to Surf, Yoga, Samba and Shoot :)

After a meeting with Denise and Noelle, I decided to join Flow 2 for the April 9 long weekend. (See Flow 2 Invitation Video.) I would love to shoot this event and learn Surfing, Yoga, and Samba at the same time. :)

Learn Vinyasa Yoga from certified Yogi Monica Eleazar - Manzano.

Learn how to Surf from Noelle Hilario and Luke Landrigan of the Billabong San Juan Surf School.

Learn Samba and Brazilian Batuccada Samba Drumming from Toni Bernardo and Denise Gonzales of Escola de Samba de Manila.

P.S. I plan to proceed to Baler, Aurora after the Flow 2 trip on April 13/14. Let me know if you want to hang out with us. :) It is a backpacking trip and KKB of course...

hey anton! question, for this kind of yoga- can it be done by beginners? also,do you have to be ultra sporty to do surfing? I want to join! but I'm kinda hesitant. (PS. Saw you in Rent- Feb. 6, scared to say Hi. :P)

Hey anton, we joined the first FLOW event! You'll see us in some of the pics posted here. It was ok, although we had to spend the first night in a dark, humid room and no running water the whole day (there was a blackout and resort didn't have generators!). We all went to bed sandy and smelly! Haha. Should be better this time. Have fun! :)

This event is really meant for beginners. The waves should be tamer this summer so you should be able to learn to surf :)
