We visited Iloilo a couple of weeks ago on a Foodie Travel research trip. We were blown away by the Bourbon BBQ Ribs (P650 for Full Rack) from Bourbon Street Restaurant in Small Ville, Iloilo. The taste was sarap to the bones, and the meat was tender and juicy. It was one of the best ribs we have ever tasted -- even better than the ribs of Tony Roma's. In fact, some foodies would ship out these ribs from Iloilo back to Manila.
