Sylvia Miguel is the mother of the famous private dining chefs Anton and Carlo Miguel. Anton is now a chef in Hunter Valley Australia while Carlo is now the executive chef of Sala.
Sylvia is known for the cleanest tasting lechon which is ordered 2 months in advanced. They feed the pig with a secret organic diet that creates the best ever lechon you ever tasted. Well... that is what we heard in the word of mouth and we will find out together on March 29.
Sylvia is also known for using organic ingredients fresh from her farm and her Vegetable Kare Kare.
