Chili's new Greenbelt 5 store is amazing. It is our favorite hangout if we are craving for Mexican and American food. The margaritas and fajitas are a hit. This is the best value for money among all the Greenbelt 5 stores.
If you are craving for a late-night dinner in Makati, Chili's is the place to be. They are open until 12mn on weekdays and 2am on weekends.
Big Mouth Burger Bites (P330). Enjoy a serving of four savory mini beef burgers topped with bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions and Ranch dressing.
Yummy, yummy... Each burger is full of flavor, complemented by the bacon, melted cheese and sauteed onions. The side dish of french fries and onion rings make this ideal to share with a group of 4.
Mushroom-Swiss Big Mouth Burgers (P330). Big beef burgers topped with fresh sauteed mushrooms, aged Swiss cheese, mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickle.
I was a bit disappointed with this big burger because the meat was not as tasty as the smaller ones.
Mushroom Jack Sizzling Fajitas (P585). Juicy, marinated grilled chicken smothered with jack cheese, crispy bacon & fresh sauteed mushrooms. Served with onions, bell peppers, and Chili's homemade salsa.
A trip to Chili's is not complete without their famous fajitas! You combine the juicy chicken (or beef) with mushroom, vegetables, salsa, sour cream and guacamole, and wrap it all in a pita bread. You eat it like a shawarma. The side dishes are abundant and adequately cover the small slices of meat. We love to order this to share with a group of 2-4 people.
Classic Nachos (P430) with guacamole (P85). Nachos served with beans, queso with a hint of seasoned beef, cheese and jalapenos. Served with pico de gallo & sour cream.
I love Chili's nacho version. It is like a mini nachos pizza with a fat layer of cheese and jalapenos. I like to put the salsa, sour cream and guacamole on top of it.
Frozen Top Shelf Strawberry-Mango Flavored Margaritas (P225). It's called Top Shelf because it is a special Margarita made with Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila and Grand Marnier.
One of the secrets to Chili's success is their margaritas. I like their Frozen Margarita, recommended by Jayvee, which is like a strawberry-mango shake that is spiked with tequila.
We prefer dining al fresco if a table is free. Maximize the cool weather before summer hits us.

Just ate here with friends last night. Our favorite at Chili's is their Chicken Crispers, Bottomless Tostada chips and Baby back ribs. Although they are not consistent with how they cook their ribs. There are times when it's really cooked perfectly (really tender) but last night I think it was overcooked.

the problem with al fresco is people smoking. gives me a headache and ruins the dining experience. even in baguio!

Chili's has the best margaritas, and honestly, I don't think they're over-priced. I would much rather pay 300 for a stiff cocktail that can knock me out, than half the price for a sugary, watered-down drink. If you think about it, one Chili's Margarita is enough to give you a good hit, so sulit na rin...:-)
