Hi, Anton! Would we still see the balloons up in the air in the afternoon? My family is planning to go there on the 13th but we can't make it there til around lunchtime due to prior commitments. Thanks!

not anymore unfortunately. you can see the night glow but the balloons won't
fly anymore.

We went there last Saturday with my whole family and failed to see the balloon flight:(
May I know the reason why the scheduled balloon flight in the afternoon didn’t push through? Thanks.

The scheduled flight is usually in the morning already at 5.30am.... You
need to leave 3am in Manila to really see it.
