JT's and Rocci's @ The Zone

JT's Manukan-5 Rocci
If you have been playing badminton in the Zone area, then you would have noticed the newly opened Makati outlet of JT's Manukan. After eating inasal, you can hop on to Rocci's coffee and chocolate cafe beside it. Bacolod Chicken Inasal Express is still the best versus the commercialized version of JT Manukan. Since JT Manukan has an open kitchen, just notice that all the chicken are half-cooked already. This makes the chicken dry versus grilling the chicken raw. It is still a good alternative specially if you want to taste other Bacolod treats like Kansi and Batchoy.

JT's Manukan-7
Pecho (Chicken Breast with Wings) P88 or Paa (Chicken Legs with Thigh) P85 + Rice (P20)

JT's Manukan-9
Kansi (ilonggo Version of Bulalo) - P110. A bit more oily than your usual bulalo.

Rocci-3
For dessert, the rich chocolate cookies and drinks of Rocci are recommended. The place is cute but it could only accommodate four small tables.

Rocci-10 Rocci-9
Dark Hot Chocolate and Cookies (P128). An intense hot chocolate drink made of pure belgian chocolate and paired with 2 pcs. of Belgian Chocolate Bliss Cookies. Aidan loves it but he was wide awake until 12 midnight because of the richness of the chocolate.

Since you're going to Bohol, try the inasal at Sinugba ni Abdul. I think it's in just near the airport in Tagbilaran. It's the best I've ever had. Nothing compared to the one in Payag restaurant(where there's also extremely poor service).

I dont like Bacolod Inasal at all. I was turned off at their serving size especially since their pricing scheme as about 30% higher than your regular chicken fast food place. Their chickens are so skinny and there was not a lot of meat. Very mediocre, not a good value for your money at all.
