I'm heading off to the Pintados Kasadyaan Festival in Tacloban this coming weekend. I'm working with the tourism committee of the local government to help them promote the city. I hear a lot about Tacloban but I don't see a lot of write-ups about the awesome places there. Any tips on awesome places, food and things to do in Tacloban?
